You've probably navigated through a fair few pages by now. This page is a short summary of the behind-the-scenes for this site, showing what it's about and a little on how it was made!
2025
HTML structure backed up by PHP scripts and functions.
Styled using SCSS, parsing into CSS and then minified for lighter files.
UX scripts and nav powered by JavaScript, mainly using jQuery.
Backend written in PHP and SQL (using MySQLi), all pulling from a central database, including:
- Login session storage handler
- Multiple user accounts
- Account permission levels
- Multiple post types (Page, Post, Cat, Project)
- Global data to be used site-wide to save time
